Supplements alone won't get results, but these are the ones I recommend.

Welcome to 3 Easy Ways, my weekly newsletter where I share simple and actionable tips to get you moving, maximise your output and improve your overall week.

Each newsletter includes a short video demonstration of a workout or mobility routine, a health hack and a discussion of the latest industry trends.

What’s in store today:

  • A great AMRAP to finish your workout with

  • The PEAKONIC update you’ve been waiting for

  • 5 supplements I recommend

1. A conditioning finisher to end your workout with

Finish off your workout with this conditioning workout and I guarantee, you’ll leave the gym feeling the burn.

The aim of the workout is to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 10-15 minutes.

Go well and don’t forget to pace yourself a little so that you can last the whole allotted time 🫡

Workout:

AMRAP

1.

A) Ski Erg x 10 kcals

B) Farmers carry x 4 lengths

C) Anti-rotation press x 12 reps each

For a demonstration of each movement, watch the video.

Enjoy!

3. My top 5 supplements 💊

Now, it’s important to acknowledge that supplements alone are not going to get you the ‘dream' body.

The best way to achieve results is by making the right lifestyle choices.

Choices like; eating well, exercising regularly, sleeping 8+ hours a night and looking after your mind.

But if you want a little extra help — supplements do work.

Here are the 5 supplements I would recommend:

1. Protein powder

Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth. It makes hitting your protein goals easier as can be a quick hit when busy.

2. Creatine

Creatine replenishes one of your two key anaerobic energy systems. It helps increase strength performance and power.

3. Vitamin D

Vitamin D is important to keep your bones healthy. It encourages the absorption of calcium and should be used in colder climates such as the UK.

4. Omega-3

Omega-3 are a type of fat found in almost every cell in the body, particularly the brain and eyes. They help lower blood pressure, cholesterol levels and improve brain function.

5. Electrolytes

Most are chronically dehydrated. Electrolytes help re-hydrate the body, regulate nerve and muscle function and assist with waste/nutrient movement.

If you want any additional recommendations, please reply to this email and let me know.

That’s all for this week team.

Stay strong!
